It's so goofy. Lana men and women are those that possess that timeless, classic beauty (think an Alain Delon, a Brooke Shields). I don't know how many times I've been told I look like I was "written by Lana del Rey", like a Greek statue, a renaissance painting, or a 50s love song. These are all ways of attempting to describe the same sort of archetype.
