Is it okay to bonesmash your zygos? I heard some people say bonesmashing is cope, some say you can only smash mandible, but I just want to know if it is somehow safe and if it works.

smashing zygos is low iq. you're gonna end up with nerve damage or looking like a car crash victim for zero gains. bonesmashing only works on the mandible because of the density but hitting your cheekbones is just asking for asymmetry for suree

debloat is the only way to show what you actually have. fix your diet and water retention to get that hollow look and the zygos will pop naturally. everything else is cope

I far far overdid mine in part not being fully shredded and debloated and was unaware how big they were getting
Have not touched them since fall 2024

Hurts my harmony how I hit both the lateral and bottom parts making them way too side and way too bulbous
Not bad irl but having shaped them carefully would have been way better and after having flat cheekbones before I’m now looking some into shaving them even ffs

People just haven’t really helped this space broadly with this method before me. But I’ve seen enough private chin, brow ridge, cheekbone, jaw corners, and full-face bonesmashing transformations in addition to mine

People here aren’t trying to cause you to LDAR, but they simply haven’t seen results like mine and what I’ve seen in private or friends of friends etc
Maybe it will get more OvertonWindowMaxxed eventually

-so I don’t blame them for this, and I was skeptical, going back and forth on it and sadly quitting multiple times for long periods, just see my full story in my main post tbh

I had a good cheekbone ascension with thumbpulling. Not done yet though

I read your thread. You did eod on the cheekbones right? Beyond that, no issues other than skin texture on submalar? The transformation loooks pretty apparent. Nothing cognitive to accompany bonesmashing?

Or daily if not too swollen
The reason I do other parts 3x a day is the pump dies down and we want to keep it alive, but u can still grow CB with rest bc the persistent swelling, as it happens

I wouldn’t call myself uncanny IRL at all but in some lighting and angles the cheekbones are way too laterally projected and bulbous in general
Better than flat/minimal cheekbones before, but I really wished I was conscientious and smart with them and hit them way more specifically and with a knowledge of harmony etc
