When you do it how close are you getting to the nose and how far to the sides of the head?

Very dumb. Personally I think it’s not worth possible brain damage (you won’t see results if don’t hit hard enough for brain damage) only part worth smashing is your chin since your head won’t experience too much trauma

What if i brace my head on a flat surface? Or will that not matter?
