If you are going to BS you need to be shredded, otherwise you will not know were to hit
The swelling is definitely worth it, but if you BS incorrectly you are just going to look worse than a caveman

It’s not good in certain aspects for example better precision but also harder to control the force of your hits so it’s really a person to person thing
