Do an elimination. Only eat beef for one week and then add stuff in. Leaving eggs, dairy and veggies(too vague) last, in that order.

Vegetables are toxic. I doubt that's the reason, but still. Even rice has trace amounts of arsenic. Then of course if you cook in plant oil, that's also bad.
in terms of veggies I eat a cup of broccoli, 1 large carrot, half a cup of sweet potatoes, all cooked with ghee. I don't use oils, only ghee, animal fat, or butter. Im also gonna eat half a cup of sun dried tomatoes in the morning. I eat half a cup of organic basmati rice.
my pits don't smell like a swamp or something. It never does. It doesn't even smell like garlic and onions or something. It just smells like armpit idk. Also I'm Asian. Also all that matters is being HTN+
I thought about that too. One superior gene that Asians have is the one that makes your sweat odorless and your ear wax dry.
