Smile is getting better but I want to take my braces off to prevent maxilla recession

My smile is getting better (6mm overjet to 3mm overjet) yet I want to take my braces off to prevent maxilla falling back since I will need to wear class 2 elastics or atleast find another orthodontist who focuses more on functionality and correct jaw growth and listen to their opinions on my orthodontic treatment
my only options are to find the orthodontist and convince my parents to take me to them or convince my parents to take my braces off and avoid maxilla falling back as well as bone loss and root resorption
its been about 5 months since i got them put on and the difference in my face is hard to find,probably because my orthodontist is focusing on making space for my front teeth by tilting back teeth outwards,he plans on using class 2 elastics which is what i fear most as well as the root resorption and bone loss caused by my damon braces tilting my teeth outward

I had 4 premolar extractions done before puberty, so I didn't even get a chance

And also 7 years of braces with elastics jfl (avg is 2-3 without elastics, for ppl who even get them)

Ngl I'm the most downgrown dude on this site, and neither of my parents/ family are.
I would advise you to go speak to the maxfac very soon, or at least DM lots of them on Instagram in a professional manner, hinting that you might want to do surgery with them. Asking them for advice about your scenario after building some interest

Don't outright just send them everything
