smile line and overall less collagen

i have this fucking problem for a long time i only have a smile on the right side of my face i find that weird i dont know if its collagen loss or reccesion because if it was reccesion i would also had it on my left side of my face this smile line makes my face less attractive and i will be trying my best to fix it does someone have some advice but i also have a red rash on my right side and my nose looks very bad on that side too it makes my face unsymetrical but i dont understand why one fucking side also i dont wear sunscreen if it was recession i would have a very unsymetrical bone structure also looking into widening my lower third

Problems maybe:

-reccesion
-collagen loss on one side?
- blood flow problem

i know this picture is not very goodbut the smile line is very visible
