not maxilla is main problem i am sure

You probably need Lefort 1, most of the time smile lines are caused by a recessed maxilla or it’s just not projected enough

I mean it’s possible but it’s mostly a bone issue that causes the skin to fold in around the nose, I have the same thing and I’m gonna get a lefort 1 to fix it, my maxilla is slightly recessed
