smile lines/nasal folds

these are by far my biggest flaw. In good lighting they obviously barely show but in bad lighting they stand out and do not look good. im trying to get rid of them for good. im 17 right now, but im open to hardmaxxing in the future to get rid of them permanently. how should i approach this?
