im 183 cm and 62 kilo,i don’t think im fat,maybe im still bloated?(i drink about 3L per day,eat healthy,sometimes i eat chips or sugar)(started eating healthy and drinking water daily maybe a month ago)

im wouldn’t say im skinny, i go to gym 3-4 times a week and have not bad i would actually say good for a 15 year old
