Smile lines

I have smile lines at 17 because of my death tier flat maxilla, Filler seems to have good results but i don’t wanna deal with that migrations BS so i’m thinking of fat grafting. Then again the main issues lie underneath my soft tissue and it’s more structural so am i better off just getting implants.
