When someone has a Class 3 with an hypodivergent pattern, it’s front teeth vector are tilted towards horizontally to compensate the retracted position of themselves, this obviously comes with a lack of teeth showing while smiling.

@midfacedeficient idk if he is a class 3, but he is a midface deficient, like me, but not a class 3.

So i wanted to ask how much of an improvement in smile is expected with a downgraft and a cw rotation in someone with a flat occlusal plane and a lack of vertical height.

It looks really good although my case isn’t that recessed, what type of bite was your initial bite?, do you have lateral rx to see the vectors of your teeth?
thx
nah sorry im not sure what that is. ortho and surgeon both said my bite was "good" and did the movements in a way that the bite would remain the same after. kinda made it turns out i have a narrow ass palate they didnt bother to tell me we couldve fixed, so now im doing sarpe when i get a chance
