Smiles lines

The photo is clearly scary but I have smile lines that won't go away. I have oily skin and when I use cleansing and moisturizing gels the next day they are irritated. What are your recommendations: Collagen, retinol....?

They make me a good cleansing gel. I've been looking for one for months without irritating my smile lines. Only I wasted all my money on fucking cleansing gels.
