Smileing importance because if you have a narrow smile it means narrow palate and wide means wide palate. Dimples don’t matter at all

I’m 19

it got me mad attention when I was like 14-15 , but I suppose taste changes and the effects of being a cutecel diminishes but then I don’t think anyone but my friends n family have seen me smile for years

but I used to get a lot of attention from foids when I did have my dimple on one side (was trauma induced), but then again I can’t figure out why it’s attractive, to me it looks like a deformity that ruins my face
