idk about high trust or low trust, but iv seen many girls simp over squinty smiles or eyes that dissapear when you smile. thick lashes and vertically narrow eyes obviously help, but if you practise by yourself you can engage the muscles in a way that makes your eyes smaller, rather than just smiling with your mouth, even if it doesnt come naturally. unironically this could work as a form of squintmaxxing, albeit a small appeal boost obviously
