I stuff my own cigarettes to save money and only use Pall Mall Authentic Red tobacco with no additives. Not saying it's healthier than regular tobacco, but at least I don't get headaches or nausea due to all the chemicals that are commonly added to tobacco products

I used to hand roll cigarettes but switched to stuffing them 1 1/2 years ago. Not much effort if you have a decent cigarette making machine. You can easily make a pack within 5 minutes. Smoking is expensive enough as it is
