I did now I stopped , I remember my mom everytime I smoke and I remember she said stop smoking I miss her , but I also cannot stop this , so am slowly reducing it

Smoking cigarettes is just a bad idea. They're highly addictive. Sure, 5 times a month isn't bad, but realistically someone isn't gonna do that, they'll want more.

never have and never will. horrible habit and i would suggest anyone who smokes anything to cut it out.
