It is not that bad when it comes to decreasing your looks states.
All it does is cause bloating, make your hair thin (not with everyone), and might make your skin pale or look unhealthy, also causes bad mouth breath, which is a looksmin ( no one wants to smell shit scent coming from your mouth )
The other side effects are just health-related, like dental damage or negatively affecting skin healing.
