it does, more importantly it raises free T and decreasees the expression of the enzyme aromatase and the alkaloid cotinine upregulates 5 AR leading to more potent mood regulating derivatives of progesterone such as 5 alpha dhp and allopregnenolone to work their magic along with more potent androgens such as DHT being more active.

Since it also contains MAO-I it leads to higher dopamine and noripeniphrine levels but also some higher serotonin which I adjust through cyproheptadine low dose
