Even if i only smoke 3 ciggaretes a day i will feel no hunger despite being in a 1000 dietary deficit and 500 from clen and t3 with even some cardio
Before i started i had insane food noise but its all stopped

My grandpa started smoking at 13 and still is everyday at 85 and no im not telling anyone to become a chronic smoker just saying what works for me

Yeah he might be good but the odds aren’t really in your favor when you smoke.

I usually just drink one cup of black coffe when i wake up and then one energy drink with electrolytes for the gym

How the fuck? I smoke almost 2 packs a day and I'm hungry as shit everytime

What do you eat during your meals, I just pack it up with highly satiating food that arent super calorie dense like chicken breast or skyr

I mostly eat what my mother makes for example mashed potatoes steak chicken breast i sometimes order food like shawarma
