Don't even consider smoking for a 0.0001 reduction in estrogen. You're gonna cut a decade of life and worsening the quality of your health for any negligible hormonal effect just doesn't make sense.

Fixing your sleep schedule, proper diet, and staying active is 90% of test production. Everything else is genuinely negligible and not worth wasting your time thinking about.
