It works. I've been smoking like a motherfucker and I lost 6 pounds over the last month... went from 128 to 122. It's bad.

I wouldn't recommend smoking to anyone who isn't already hooked. It's unpleasant after about a week, and then you can't stop doing it. Pouches are the way to go for nicotine consumption, but if you wanna get lean asf just buy reta.

My voice sounds young like a teenager for some reason even though its around 80hz maybe its just in my head

i have a friend who's probably hhtn but he smokes so much and has been for a while now and i swear hes descending, his skin looks worse and he gets dumber aswell (mostly cz of the weed tho) but smoking could make you lean out easier since the nicotine surpresses apetite wich makes you eat less

been smoking for 3 years its good for leanmax but too many chemicals it does not have to be necessarily bad, but too many cons than pros
