Take PSL and divide by 2
Convert height to decimal by moving decimal point one over (6'3 would be .63) and multiply that by your PSL divided by 2
Multiple final answer by 5
There is your smv out of 10

Heres my stats and calculation
3.5 PSL and 6'1
So 3.5 / 2 = 1.75
6'1 = .61
1.75 x .61 = 1.0675
1.0675 x 5 = 5.3375
So 5.3/10 is my SMV
Anything above 10 is giga chad territory so SMV is maxxed out.

I am currently 5.5/10 facially so converted into PSL 5.5 / 1.25 = 4.4 PSL.
4.4 / 2 = 2.2.
I am 6'3 so that results in 0.63.
2.2 * 0.63 = 1.386.
1.386 * 5 = 6.93/10.
