Currently considering a LeFort I or MARPE procedure due to very poor nasal breathing. Also the pictures do not do it justice, but my infras are pretty recessed.

bro u maxxed out ur body and PLEASE stop coping with the gym

ur low-mid ltn, so bottom 25-30%

focus on face, stop with the body, wont help ur smv at all, unless ur wearing mask
