cigs have been done the same way for a long time unless you get some weird version of flavor, so we know what their negative effects are
all the pure chemical stuff is unknown and the more we study it the worst it gets, i can't give you an excuse for puffing because i think it's the worst, if it makes you feel any better it's not like either of the are good or safe, it's just that cigs are more predictable and you know what the risks and doses for moderation are
