how does my oral nicotine affect my looks? im 16M 6'2 and take 6-8 pouches daily, depending on the strength i currently have 17mg pouches but normally i take 30-50mg pouches - i haven't really personally noticed much change because of my nicotine addiciton but if anyone wants to give me some info or sum i would be very appreciative since it might help me because i need to quit it for around 15-20 days because of my otoplasty soon.

i mean i haven't really noticed any puffiness, and ive always struggled with dark circles but thats mostly because of my recessed infras and my shit sleep schedule but its very hard to quit since ive been addicted for about 2 years but my surgeon told me it could cause bad scarring and make my oto less effective

i went cold turkey after a year of addiction and shit was rough for the first 2 weeks, best of luck man

its a good nootropic but nic could cause cancer (not directly but it does promote tumors) and your teeth and gums might look like shit

my teeth and gums are very healthy my orthodontist tells me every time i come visit. luckily
