if you have a good browridge, wide forehead with a typical male hairline, then a large forehead wont be a big problem. If it is round like its typical for females, then its over.

I think the reason some guys can get away with it is because they have tall (flat) but sloped foreheads, with okay - good brow ridge development. A low set cranial vault is what's gonna kill you if your hairline is high tbh, not the high hairline itself in most cases.

Tom Brady is a perfect example of this

Also the more robust your forehead / overall skull is, the shorter your forehead will automatically be perceived

It's an ideal skull not exactly for SMV, but for combat. His skull was practically made for combat, most notably his non-existent occipital protrusion makes his skull very safe and secure in combat. But yeah, for SMV you want a slightly less ogre skull but still compact and masculine. Henry Cavill has a very good skull for both combat and SMV

No juvenile hairline certainly isn't ideal on males because the temples are connected. But, their frontal hairlines are rather high up, ideal is mature temples but low front hairline tbh

That's not the best way of measuring your forehead size tho tbh, the finger measuring isn't very good either. It's best to look at how large your forehead is in comparison to your other facial thirds, as everything is about proportion tbh.

It's about skull size this is a dumb way to measure. Bigger skull = bigger forehead. You can have a big skull & therefore a big forehead but still have a low-set looking hairline.

yes but 8cm is an objectively bad measurement unless you have a ridiculously big skull
it's like saying that a 8cm ipd isn't bad since it can look good on humongous skulls
