Not by much and thats some provinces. And some Dutch provinces are taller than balkans. We can go all day with that but Germany, neatherlands, Norway, denmark, Belgium, Sweden are similar to balkans .

Scandinavians are similar to east balkaners along with germanics yes
But only the dutch can claim to heightmatch west balkaners
