what you want is a bigger ramus, more projected browridge and more forward growth in jaw

depending on age you could softmax ramus/forward growth but for browridge surgery

i’m fixing my deep bite with my ortho i’m 17 and doesn’t browridge grow with age or am i retarded

yes it can still grow, i just dont think it'll grow that big of a difference anymore tho, if it doesnt until 19-20+ then consider surgery but its not that big of a failo anyways
