idk where ur at, but when i was in HS(grad. 2023)this was certainly not the norm

the norm around me was either obese, or skinnyfat, with only a handful of people, mainly the kids who played sports looking like this.

the only guy who was actually jacked in my HS was a 5’6 roidcel, with lats so big he walked like spongebob

maybe 20 out of 800 guys were sub 12% bodyfat

no literally dude. i walk outside and about 70-80% of the people i see are obese. thats probably just cause i live in a really obesity-dense area (southern USA bible belt)

no, i need about 8 more pounds of muscle to be pound for pound with him, he is 5’11 and i am 5’10

brad was single digit bodyfat in Fight Club, i believe in the 5-8% range. he weighed about 155 lbs, i weigh 148.

so realistically i need more muscle, targeting my chest and shoulders since everything else is damn near the same except for that, and drop a few pounds of fat

also for some reason, my height halo is much stronger in cali and texas on dating apps, like people from here dont really care about 6'4. but in texas or cali i get like 2x more matches
