This guy unironically has many above average features many people lack but they unfortunately completely negated by the three death tier features that dominate his face: those being his deformed nose/upper lip and terrible cystic acne.

It's the ideal shape imo. High FWHR without sacrificing total face height. His jaw doesn't look narrow, only narrower than his zygos, which is what you want.

He probably already got surgery it looks like he had a cleft. Surgery isn't cheap and he's young, I would assume he's probably planning on more in the future.

Yes it's a bit higher than ideal but still closer to ideal than most people I guess is what I'm saying.

He has too much of a good trait, which is bad but certainly better than not having it at all, which is the situation of most people.
