i exact width is stupid measurement even with jaw implants. as the muscle will still determined the width to a large degree. even though the muscle can be fucked in some cases. but its rather the frontal angle and the bulk of jaw that changes. and esp the area between the gonion and chin.

i mean the thing is good surgery result should never be noticable, and a mm here and there really wont be seen unless its you in the mirror. i mean i even had bimax 15 mm and 5 mm upper, in some photos there is no diff because of angle and light, in some other photos there is huge change. not one person irl who i have been friends with for years saw the diff except one who i said before that i did surgery, and still the only thing he commented on directly was my cheeks and the infra implant. and then when he watched he said "ohh and your jaw is crazy good now".
