So does gear really build bone mass ive seen some examples of people blasting gear and have noticeable bone mass increase. But my question is if i blast gear will it make my brow ridge zygos or overall facial def. Or should i do igf-des localized in the face for facial bone mass???

It will cause masculinization in the places where there are the most androgen receptors such as the brow ridge , cheekbones and jaw (masseter hypertrophy mainly).Depends also on the dosage and exposure time.

- Sutures (Intramembranous ossification)
- Spheno-occipital synchondrose (endochronal)
- periosteal apposition (intramembranous)
periosteal is flexible at any age but excessive non localzied amounts can drive extreme ugliness, like seen in acro or hyperstosis.

Sutures are somehwat flexible allowing for growth in adulthood and can be restored to childhood patency pharmacologically assuming they are still open. No such prodcedure exists yet but is possible in theory.
