Look at his under eyes. The second he’s jaw was placed in overbite he now has under eye hollows and I doubt that’s from bloating

It’s almost as if jutting gives you better under eye support and shorter mid face?

His lips are also now almost non existent(especially the bottom lip and yes the bottom lip matters for aesthetics)

His lips/mouth are also way wider with a more foward bottom jaw

If he just got the upper maxilla moved foward without the jaw moving back(surgeon moved his jaw back wtf) he would look good

Besides the point though, does this mean jutting and having the jaw in a more foward position will make your mid face shorter and give you more under eye support? Given the pictures

youre way too inexperienced to have an opinion on this. You need to lurk for a few months before doing so as he will not look good after any bimax

It probably affects the soft tissue mainly, but a jutted jaw automatically adds width, which makes an illusion that the midface is shorter due to more tissue surrounding the overall face
