it would be the ideal scenario to have everything perfect and one big flaw thats holding you back
but most people have 100000 flaws, one surgery isnt doing anything. and when you get multiple surgeries the uncaniness adds up and you will most likely have a few botched procedures in the process

True, the goal isnt to make me a whole different person. The thing with surgery is to make minor changes and expect a range of surgeries morphs, not a perfect outcome, but an harmonious one+ better than the previous one.
Most botches come from lowiq, altough it can happen even if everything seem good. It s risky, not necessarily worth it from an attraction standpoint (as there are far more important leverages like preselection, status, fame, money* and social skills) but i dont see it that way: im seeing my appearance as a piece of art and its my responsability to maximise its beauty and function.
