So from my understanding a ccw bimax will not alter the midface?

I need a bimax, but I also have low set cheekbones and no zygos (but have wide face still). My understanding is a bimax with ccw rotation will slightly elevate the nasal tip and shorten the philtrum (works in favour for me) but will not move the midface forward along with the maxilla and mandible, so wouldn't it throw off my harmony. What other surgeries will I need to compensate the midface area?
