need an alternative work out plan for biceps and back rn

i always do pull ups > bent over rows > deadlifts then curls last

i need sum else cause im tired of it

im doing 3 days a week ICF 5x3 (because im cutting) i love it, but its for beginners so idk. you can do reddits ppl 6 days a week. i tried it but i only need 3 days a week rn

lifting is cope. it's all about facepulls, jelq, icehooding, bonemashing, squinching, and mewing

im just gonna do some pull downs then t bar rows instead tbh

gotta switch up the motion or ur gonna burn out, been doing this routine for almost a year or two

those are for when you are too weak for pull ups

How is it a meme routine lol? You make strength gains on 5x5. 5x5 is perfect for beginners. People say its a meme routine because apparently Jason Blaha is a shitty person or something but the workouts themselves work. They are in the majority of programs

A meme routine is a beginner going to the gym 6 days a week when you can make the same exact gains on 3x a week full body, 6 days is unnecessary. full body allows beginners to train the same movement patterns multiple times a week, exposing them to a lot of time under tension. beginners can train movement patterns with high frequency because they will recover quickly from the session,
