So hard to avoid alcohol

Nowadays socialising is always at parties and there is always alcohol there. Whenever I tell them I don't drink most of them get suprised and sometimes I can't help it and still have a few drinks. I know alcohol is a poison but I can't seem to be able to avoid it.

I heard that if you have good bones it doesn't matter that much. However I read a study that alcohol actually affects your bone???

Take a drink but sip it very slowly. When i go to a party or bar i open a beer but i take like 3 sips the whole night.

Tbh you should switch up your drink, beer is known to be very estrogenic. But a few sips won't hurt,

thing is everyone my age is drinking and they don't really care about the effects, while i'm here stressing about
