How are zygo shaving, rhino, or cantho high risk? I understand rhino can be if you have thick skin and are trying to thin out the tip (It can look uncanny) but besides that, everything else seems OK to me.
Shaving bone is a permanent change. Rhino can be botched easily, cantho has to do with the eyes, that is super high risk

Actually, i think even surgical hairline lowering IS high risk. You know there is a HUGE scar left after the hairline advancement? Arvid is like what? 21? A LOT of time to get bald.
