if you're 16, start selling antiques/collectibles/whatever on ebay or wherever. by the time you're 22, you'll have $100,000+ saved rather than being $100,000 in debt, assuming you live with your parents, and just go from there. you never have to worry about retiring because the job is so easy and fun and you just get better and better at it.

if you cant find a job with a CS degree why do you think an AWS cert will help? market is flooded with pajeets who spam certs. get some crap on your github portfolio and apply for junior dev roles, or apply to an IT helpdesk and after sometime their, leverage that experience+degree into something better. nothing good comes easy.
