is there some autist on here that can see if this is natural forward growth or some sort of implant?

I don't want to sound retarded but I'm very inclined to believe the following:

1) his before photos are edited if he really hasnt surgerymaxxed
2) his ramus angle and chin projection are vastly different, we do know ramus visibility and angle can change if you gain forward growth but he seems to be too old for that
3) if this is a work of implants, his zygos don't look like implants tbh. it could be he did both roiding + surgery
4) if he did hardmax, why couldnt he fix his philtrum? maybe because jaw surgery would be too expensive or lip surgery is unviable but idk tbh

hes a pathological narcy liar who has been known to morph photos but i cant be sure. his forward growth doesnt look natural whatsoever. im sure he didnt get any jaw surgery though.

that would be cope. but if we see more recent pictures of him, his jaw doesnt look even nearly as deformed as he shows in the photo here. its possible he grew up with orthodontic treatment to get rid of the majority of his problems and then roided.

but he isnt natty and ik him a lot. hes a narcy liar
