After puberty, the human skeletal system undergoes certain changes and growth plates close, making it more difficult to grow bones naturally. However, there are certain medical procedures and interventions that can help stimulate bone growth or replace damaged or missing bone tissue. Here are a few options:

Bone grafting: This surgical procedure involves transplanting bone tissue from one part of the body to another. It can be used to stimulate bone growth in a specific area or repair bone defects caused by injury or disease.

Distraction osteogenesis: This technique involves gradually separating two ends of a bone and allowing new bone tissue to grow in the gap. It is often used to treat limb length discrepancies or correct certain bone deformities.

Bone-stimulating medications: Some medications, such as parathyroid hormone (PTH), have been shown to promote bone growth and increase bone density. These medications are typically prescribed for specific conditions, such as osteoporosis.

Electrical stimulation: In some cases, electrical currents or electromagnetic fields can be used to stimulate bone growth. This technique is often used as an adjunct therapy in cases of delayed bone healing or non-union fractures.

It's important to note that these interventions are typically used in specific medical situations and should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. They may not be suitable or necessary for everyone, as bone growth is a complex process influenced by various factors including age, overall health, and underlying conditions.

Anyone knowledgable on PTH and bone growth? Always heard here about GH , IGF-1, relaxin but never PTH

Also electrical stimulation
Does that sound cope?

Back surgery? Lol it doesn't exist
LL is the only option
Where they break your legs and lengthen them
Btw i was curious for overall bone growth, not only height
