Im confused on whether i need Impaction,CCW rotation maybe palletal expanion etc...i have recession/high mandibular plane that is causing me issues, ive found i need rotation BSSO + angle implants for lower third. Is there anything more specific to it that could help? Need highIQ users to pm me
