So I have been bonesmashing my chin lately,and for a while now my chin no longer feel pain

Even after a 10mins sesh,my chin can barely feel any kind of pain.However it still have a "pump" and would still feel pain normally if i pinch the skin.Do you guys think i have nerve damage?

no i havent had any "side effects" yet,my chin not feeling pain is not a bad thing,im just curious about it so im not gonna stophope i can get 2 more mm after 5 months.Also ive prob had like only 11 sesh so obviously theres no result
