Bro I have BDD and social anxiety and depression (is improving however). I think my IQ has made me too selfaware hence why Im a mentalcel obsessed with my looks and overthinks everything

Why couldnt I be 98percentile in looks and 50 percentile in iq, instead of 98 percentile iq and 50 percentile looks
