I've been holding off getting SARPE surgery because of its benefits.
Does it have any aesthetic improvements or just health ones?

Doesn't SARPE do the same thing by expanding the maxillary arch and nasal cavity.
Though it depends on what expander they use

SARPE won't expand the entire nasal cavity like MSE does, only the floor in most cases.

Not a great look tbh. Anterior widening of the mandible that MSDO produces isn't exactly aesthetic. You can just tip the teeth after your MSE treatment to form a proper bite
