The way to becoming social is lowering your inhibition in combination with exposure therapy and repeated social interactions.

If you're highly inhibited you will be awkward and not be keen on talking to people, which means you will be even more inhibited because you're not getting exposed to enough people and won't have the repetition work to develop your social calibration and skills.

The way you fix this is easy: Talking to people + potentially using anxyolitic drugs (like the ones you mentioned). But really exposure therapy will fix inhibition slightly by itself, using medication is just a plus.

yeah I know I'm kinda shy sometimes whenever I'm around ppl I don't know at all and can't relate to when it's not for an interivew or anything
and sometimes I don't talk as persuasive or fluent as I would if I was speaking to someon ik
is the way I get over that just like using stuff to aid in "exposure therapy" like propranolol and lyrica and vorinostat very sparingly and at very low dosages
and would it get to a point where instead of being reliant to those things my baseline inhibition is at a higher level comparable to how it is when ur on an anxiolytic/social lubricant
sourcing pharma grade isn't really a problem except for vorinostat so I was wondering what lab synthesizes that
or should i just try sodium valproate bc i can get it for a few bucks is that shit even safe actually what is it

Hmm, y'know, I'm very interested in trying Lyrica, I may buy it one of these days just to improve my interactions a little bit, I've been attending to more social gatherings, and I'm very naturally introverted. But I managed to improve significantly simply by being uncomfortable with people, it fucking sucks, it really does.

If you want any advice, try exposing yourself to new people not relying on these drugs, I mean do use them occasionally, but also expose yourself without them. When it comes to performative drugs, like anxiolytics and even things like Cialis or Viagra, the brain tends to develop psychological dependencies, you start to believe you can't function without. So proving yourself without them once in a while is a perfect way to progress faster in your inhibition journey.

Note that, for introverted and high-inhibition individuals it is impossible to reach a true state of extrovertedness or "low-inhibition", it is kind of part of who you are. Some people just naturally have a higher baseline or are too responsive to stimuli, the best we can do is improve the symptoms, but don't expect to be cured completely. Try to instead approach it from the direction of being "more okay" with being uncomfortable rather than trying to remove it, because frankly, you can't lol
