SO IT BEGINS: RAD140 AT 17

(Yes I know the identity thing messed up idk wtf Apple ai is on 😭)

Starting my rad140 cycle. Day 0 weigh in was 144. Peak of all time was 155, but I lost a ton of weight over summer due to lack of sticking to diet. Gonna shoot for 180g protein and 3500-4000 calories for now, might up it in the future depending how it goes. Probably gonna gain a ton of weight in the next week or two from water and glycogen. Will update with weekly physique checks and weigh ins (if I remember). I might start enclo later depending how suppression feels, but right now the plan is rad for 2 weeks. Just doing this to mitigate shutting down my balls (I know it's still probably gonna happen, leave me alone)

Running a 6 day ul split (upper a lower a rest upper b lower b rest), just switched from ppl. No I'm not doing fbeod, it's just not fun, cry all you want about being optimal.

Any other questions or things I didn't cover please lmk
