Anecdotally from what I've observed with autism levels of perception at clubs and social gatherings throughout my life points to 6'3 being the same, I think we forget that most girls are under 5'7 and feel weird being with a guy whos more then a foot taller then them.

Edit: If we're talking about ONS only maybe 6'7 has a marginal better difference, LTR I'd say is the same or even better to be 6'3.
