This anecdote comes from the experience of a good friend of mine, although I known the (other) person in question well enough to know what he tells me is very likely true.
This friend of mine lost weight and started looksmaxxing and, as his genetics have always been good and he is 6 ft in a country where most people are reasonably short, I'd say he's ascended hard from lmtn to htn. The guy, as much as I am (hence, why we're very good friends), is somewhat nd and resembles a less extreme version and violent version of ER in his authentic character.
However he's learnt to mask and create a very realistic persona concordant with the expected characteristics of his niche appeal with wich he can entice foids to do as he pleases. I really admire him for that, and he sets an example of what can be done with average genetics and relatively low resources if one puts in the work.
The point is, a couple weeks ago he started sleeping with this girl, artsy ltb that seems nice enough. He however told me that, behind appearances, she does absolutely nothing with her life, neither studies or works, and is payed everything by her reach parents; has never work, and, without doing anything about it, says she intends to be a existential poet living in France. This was neither a joke, or the delusional thinking of a teenager, as she's actually close to 25.
My friend, as mostly an outsider, has read some philosophy and literature broadly defined as existential, and has some awareness of the question of being (given that most modern uses of the term existential have some relation to Heideggers use of existential as the ontological structure of Dasein in relation to things and being in general as a sort of transcendental instance). So he asked her about what she meant about it and she hasn't ever read any philosophy, and has barely read any literature.
To make it even more absurd, in the last year she's read three books, which are 1 Harry Potter book, the first 100 pages of Dostoievsky's crime and punishment and a sketchy self improvement book.
Why do so many women have these sorts of absurd expectations for the future, when doing nothing about fulfilling them (also with them being absurdly unrealistic), no idea of their implications, and no real interest in the matter? I have dealt with similar experiences when dating foids in the past, and it baffles me how much these thoughts can resemble the ramblings of little children.
